ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions (CCCS) has been providing consumers with budget, debt and housing advice for over 40 years. Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with 42 branches in 12 states, ClearPoint’s counselors help consumers identify the causes of their individual financial problems and make a plan to address them. ClearPoint also offers dynamic financial education workshops in the communities we serve. Services are available nationally by phone and Internet, and face to face at our branch locations. We are a member agency of the NFCC and AICCCA, and a system-wide accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.
