ClearPoint is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.

The board works closely with the ClearPoint’s senior management–the company’s officers.

Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, many of the company’s credit counselors, marketing, and administrative staff members are also located in our branch offices across the country.
