Purpose and Objective

Responsible for providing quality assurance support for housing team by reviewing and auditing housing files within the established guidelines and standard operating procedures of ClearPoint Financial Solutions and ensure compliance with housing grant guidelines. Coordinate and activate client paperwork submitted for Level 2 housing counseling.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide comprehensive audit of housing files to verify all necessary data is present in DebtPlus to ensure compliance with various housing grants awarded to ClearPoint.
  • Facilitate communications between Financial Specialists and Activator to increase efficacy of information sent in by clients reaching their Financial Specialist in timely manner.
  • Assist Housing Grants Coordinator in preparing and submitting weekly/monthly status reports to Management, production reports and quarterly grant reporting to grant administrators.
  • Understand and adhere to quality assurance guidelines and standards applicable to counseling.
  • Be familiar with, and effectively use, supporting software.
  • Continuously assist Director of Housing and Housing Grants Coordinator work on improving process flows based on observations of current processes.
  • Attend meetings as requested.
  • Maintain records and statistics of housing clients as required, and prepare reports as necessary.
  • Assist at counselor meetings updating or introducing information pertinent to housing counseling.
  • Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate throughout the database
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Assists other staff members as needed or directed
  • Ability to endure a fast pace environment
  • Continuously works on improving knowledge of policies and procedures relating to ClearPoint
