ClearPoint is a Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Certified National Intermediary, providing nationwide Loss Mitigation (housing delinquency) counseling, as well as pre-purchase housing counseling sessions, all free of charge.

Accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), an independent, not-for-profit, child- and family-service accrediting organization. Our COA accreditation requires a rigorous audit process to ensure that we are performing financial counseling services that comply with nationally recognized standards of best practice.
