Our Financial Specialists are certified through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) as credit counselors and through Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) as consumer interviewers. They work directly with consumers to assess their financial situation and provide personalized support and guidance. Let us introduce you to some of our Financial Specialists.

Star Austin joined ClearPoint Financial Solutions Client Services Team in 2003. During 2004, she was promoted to an Internet Financial Specialist. Star is certified as a credit counselor through the NFCC and as a certified consumer interviewer on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Helping consumers achieve their goals, Star consistently assists her clients in reaching their goals.

Barbara Wright has been with ClearPoint Financial Solutions for over 13 years. As a NFCC Certified Credit Counselor and a Certified Consumer Interviewer on the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Barbara brings enthusiasm and an energetic approach in educating all of her clients. Additionally, a large portion of her time is devoted to community service/educational workshops for schools, universities, churches, charity organizations, hospitals, etc. Barbara is well known for helping her clients find the answers they need and working with them until they reach full resolution. Her clients admire her talent, adore her strong customer service skills, and can always depend upon her to help guide them along the way.

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is a Certified Credit Counselor through the NFCC and is also a Certified Consumer Interviewer on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Dennis is a team player. Emma Bey joined ClearPoint Financial Solutions as a Client Service Representative in 2005 bringing with her 5 years of strong customer service experience. Assisting both new clients as well as existing clients, Emma utilizes her strong listening skills to determine appropriate next steps for the client; whether it might be setting up the initial financial budgeting counseling session, or working with an existing client to answer their question. Her strength is full resolution - she likes to make sure her clients are serviced professionally, effectively, and fully. Clearly, her eagerness to assist clients coupled with the drive to continue her own self-improvement all come together to create a meaningful, educational, and professional experience.

Based in our Seattle Northgate office, Marshall has been with ClearPoint for over 4 years and has extensive computer, customer service and financial industry experience for over 30 years in Michigan, Illinois, California and Washington state. He holds several bachelors degrees in Telecommunications from Michigan State University, French and Italian and Classical Studies from San Francisco State University, is well traveled and also speaks some Spanish, Portuguese and German, as well as other languages. He is a Certified Credit Counselor through the NFCC and is also a Certified Consumer Interviewer on the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Marshall brings an enthusiastic, energetic approach to his clients' concerns, seeking multiple online and educational resources along with positive ideas for them to improve their credit and enhance their financial education.

service experience. Carolyn started working as a Client Service Representative and was quickly
promoted to a Financial Specialist. She is certified as a credit counselor through the
NFCC and as a Certified Consumer Interviewer on the Fair Credit Report Act. Dedicated to helping
consumers meet their financial objectives and goals, Carolyn focuses on educating her clients to
resolve their issues appropriately, both short term and long term.
